Return and Exchange Policy – mothelah Store
At mothelah , we are committed to your complete satisfaction with your purchases and strive to provide a convenient and transparent shopping experience.
Please read the following terms carefully before requesting a return or exchange:
First: Returns
You can request a return within 24 hours of receiving your order.
The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all packaging and the invoice.
Return fee: 35, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
The refund, after deducting the fee, will be processed according to the original payment method within 7 business days of the order approval date.
Orders placed through Tabby and Tamara are non-refundable.
Second: Exchanges
You can request an exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order.
The item must be undamaged and in its original condition with all packaging and the invoice.
Exchange fee: 54, which includes delivery and exchange fees.
The replacement item will be sent after we receive and inspect the original product.
Only one exchange per order is allowed. After this limit, no further exchanges or returns will be accepted.
Important Notes
Our return and exchange policy does not apply to discounted items or those purchased during promotional offers, unless otherwise stated.
Mathila Store reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange request that does not meet the above conditions.
